Sous Chef

We have a new opportunity for a Sous Chef to join our well established Kitchen team in a friendly and busy working environment. We offer a daily changing dinner menu to hotel guests, which our chefs create daily dishes using fresh local ingredients.

All round experience and skills are required for this role, with knowledge of a variety of dishes beneficial. Ability to plan and prepare starters, and experience of dessert making would be an advantage but not essential to assist pastry chef. Ability to cover the heaf chef for holidays would be required. Enthusiasm essential but training on the job will be given to the right candidate.

  • Full time position - 42-45 hours per week
