Celebrating All Things Welsh

St David's Day
The 1st of March is St David's Day
So come to the Trefeddian, where you should stay
Come celebrate our Dydd Dewi Sant
Welsh myth and tales bound to enchant

Our flag flies proud, it bears a dragon
Castles to visit like Harlech and Rhaglen
Owain Glyndwr is part of our history
His stories and legends, he led us to victory
Welsh cakes
With mountains of granite and valleys of slate
Land so lush, it is a Welsh trait
Celtic choir songs echo through the hills
Lined with sights of bright Daffodils

Farmers work hard to gather the sheep
From fields of green, high and steep
Before heading home in time for tea
Of Cawl, Bara Brith and Penderyn Whisky
Male voice choir
The Trefeddian will treat you to Welsh delights
Then out and about to see the sights
Join us in the bar for a Dyfi Gin
Relax in the lounge as the night draws in

In Welsh we would say
 ‘Dydd Gŵyl Dewi Hapus’
Happy St David’s Day
At the Trefeddian, Celebrate and Stay!
We are delighted to welcome back the Bro Dysynni Male Voice Choir to the hotel on St David's Day - their first performance since 2020. They will be helping us celebrate this special day from 9pm in the main lounge.
