Bro Dysynni Male Voice Choir

Meibion Bro Dysynni Male Voice Choir has proved very popular with our guests and we have booked them to perform on several dates throughout the year. 
 
The choir was formed in 1967 in Bryncrug, amazingly some of the original members still sing in the choir, the oldest recently celebrated his 90th birthday!  It soon went from strength to strength making several appearances at festivals and events.  In 2015 the choir had the great honour of performing at the Royal Albert Hall.  The choir sings a mixture of traditional Welsh songs and songs from contemporary musicals.  The choir performs at the Trefeddian on the second Wednesday of each month (excluding January and August).

Greta Sion Roberts Welsh Harpist

Greta Sion Roberts is a first year student at the Royal College of Music in London where she studies the harp with Professor Ieuan Jones.  Greta has recently received scholarships from two prestigious worshipful companies which has made her dream of studying at the RCM a reality.  

Greta has played the harp from the age of seven, she graduated from Shrewsbury school in 2019 where she was a music scholar and Principle Harp in the School Symphony Orchestra.  In between her studies Greta plays regularly at the Trefeddian.

Trefeddian’s Firework Display

There are always a lot of “ooos and aahs” at our own illuminating firework display.  Lighting up the hotel and skies above this is always a great event.  Book a mid week break from 3rd November to see our fantastic display!

Pantomime Time

Aberdyfi Players have gained a widespread reputation for their productions, notably the annual pantomime.  The Pantomime is a huge hit with our guests who return year on year to watch the outstanding performances that are produced.
