Chef de Partie

We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our well established kitchen team in a friendly and busy working environment.
You will be responsible for preparing starters, salads and bar menu, and assisting with preparation for evening dinner service. This is an ideal role for someone looking to further their career in hospitality with some previous experience preferred, however full in house training will be provided.
This is a full time permanent position, working five days per week including weekends. Due to the nature of the shift pattern and location of the hotel you will ideally have your own transport. Living in accommodation could be provided.
You will need to be enthusiastic and have the ability to work on your own initiative, but also as part of a team, and be flexible in your approach. It is essential that you are reliable, trustworthy and punctual.
