We can also offer 3 self-catering units. All have sea views but are unsuitable for persons with walking difficulties.
All houses have a colour television with video recorder, no tapes provided, and direct dial telephone.
Prices include heating and lighting and all units are let with linen and towels provided at no extra cost.
Self catering guests may use the hotel facilities (tennis court, putting green, snooker room and games room). Guests may also use the swimming pool, though there are time restrictions for this. Self catering guests may swim between 10.00am - 3.00pm and 5.30pm - 7.30pm.
Self catering guests are welcome to have meals in the hotel dining room. Meals must be booked in advance and during busy times we may not be able to accommodate self catering guests in the hotel dining room for breakfast of dinner. It would however be very unusual for not to be able to cater for self catering guests for lunch.

This is a pleasantly decorated Edwardian terraced house that has full central heating and private off road parking. This is an ideal house for a family and is only a 3 minute walk to the beach.
Dogs are allowed in the house but only on the ground floor
Ground Floor:
The kitchen is fully fitted with a gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Also on the ground floor is the dining room, a cloak room and separate w.c.
First Floor:
Comprises of a large lounge with a south facing view of the golf course and the sand dunes.
1 bedroom with twin beds with a hill view.
Second Floor:
1 bedroom with a double bed with a sea view.
1 bedroom with twin beds with a hill view.
Bathroom: This is situated on the half landing between the first and second floors and has a bath with a hand held shower head, basin and w.c.

Let Saturday to Saturday.Recently refurbished (Winter 2001/2) to a high standard this Edwardian end of terrace house has full gas central heating and private off road parking. This house is again an ideal unit for a family with it being only a 3 minute walk to the beach. Dogs are permitted on the ground floor of the house only.

Fully fitted kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Also on the ground floor is the dining room, cloakroom with w.c. and basin, and a separate shower room for sandy children!
First Floor:
Comprises of a large lounge with a south facing view of the golf course and sand dunes.

The Bungalow (max 7 guests)
Let Saturday to Saturday.Although The bungalow is dated in its design, décor and construction, it is the most popular of the self catering units because of the privacy gained by having a garden, its close proximity to the hotel and swimming pool, and also having a south facing sun terrace.
This building was the home of the founder of the hotel and has a strong following of guests who return year after year.
The bungalow is heated by central heating and is made up of a kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, along with a dining area. Dogs are allowed in The Bungalow.
1 x bedroom with double bed and a sea view.
1 x bedroom with double bed and single bed with a sea view.
1 x bedroom with twin beds with no view.
1 x bathroom with bath, toilet and basin.
1 x shower room.
1 x w.c.
General Notes:
Confirmation in writing and a deposit of £150.00 is required to confirm a booking. Please state the occupancy on confirmation of a booking.
A cot and/or high chair can be provided in any of the units. If required please state so when making a booking.
