How to make a Reservation The Reservations Desk is open daily from 8.00am to 11.00pm. Enquiries or bookings may be made by ringing on +00 44 (0) 1654 767 213 and speaking to the Reservation Desk. You may email us with any enquiry

The staff who work on the Reservation Desk are familiar with all aspects of the hotel and will be able to answer your questions about the hotel and assist you where possible with any other matters relevant to your booking. If you have any special needs, please discuss them with the reception staff or view our access statement for further details To confirm a booking we will require a deposit of £75.00 per adult. This may be done with a debit or credit card on the phone. Upon receipt of your deposit we will send a letter of confirmation, where appropriate, detailing your booking. An enquiry or provisional booking may be made and can be held for 4 days pending your confirmation as detailed above.
