Trefeddian Hotel allows guests to bring dogs into the grounds and the building of the hotel. Within the grounds they should be kept on a lead and under control at all times. They are not allowed to be left unattended.

Within the building they are allowed into bedrooms on 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors, but not on the 4th floor.

In public areas guests are allowed to have their dogs with them in the Blue Room only (opposite the reception area) providing that they are on a lead and are not causing disturbance to other guests by barking or whining. They are not allowed into any of the other lounges, bar or dining room.

We would request that guests bring bedding for the dog to sleep on and not let them use the hotel beds or chairs.

Food is not provided for animals. We make a charge for dogs sleeping in guest accommodation.

The hotel has a procedure in the eventuality of a flea problem resulting from pets staying in the bedrooms.

We have a good working programme in place for cleaning within the Housekeeping department relating to rooms accessible to pets.

These points are listed in order to assist with the smooth running of the hotel for guests with and without pets.
